Salon Etiquette
To maintain the ambience of Secret Garden we ask that you switch off your mobile phone. In the interest of health and safety, please understand that we cannot accomodate children under the age of 15 years for treatments or in the waiting area. Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment at Secret Garden to fill in a consultation card which is necessary for your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Credit card transactions are required to secure all bookings over one hour. Please note that we operate a cancellation policy which requires a minimum of twenty four hours notice to avoid a 50% charge on the treatment booked, being made. If you re-book within a week, the 50% charge can be avoided.
Vouchers
IMPORTANT - Please read before selecting your vouchers.
Vouchers are posted out by 1st class post - please allow up to 5 working days for them to be processed and sent.
If you want a Monetary value voucher (e.g. £25 voucher), please choose the last option and type in the value (in this case 25) into the quantity box.
If you want vouchers to use against a specific treatment, please choose the last option on the list, and enter a number to the value of the treatment rounded UP to the nearest £1. (e.g. if the treatment that you want to buy a voucher for is £29.50, please type 30 in the quantity box.
In the above instances, you will be issued with ONE voucher to the value that you specify.
If you select packages, you will be sent one voucher for each package that you select. (e.g. buy vouchers for 3 packages and you will be sent 3 seperate vouchers.
If you select a package, and monetary vouchers, you will be sent one for the package and one for the monetary value.
Please note that unused elements of vouchers are NOT refundable, but you are more than welcome to top up the unused value of vouchers with cash on the day that you use them to get full use of their value.
If you have a discount code, please enter it into the 'Enter Coupon' box.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
