Our Covid-19 Guidelines
As Salon life changes again, we want to keep you up to date with how we are still keeping you safe
All booking must be made by calling the salon on 01902 750654 or Appointments can be made online via our website
Please arrive to your appointment on time, We ask you bring minimal items or a small bag. Please wash your hands when you arrive. Please if you are feeling unwell prior to your appointment please call to reschedule.
all clients will be asked to fill out a covid -19 form prior to there appointment, this will come through on your appointment reminder .
Hot and cold drink will be available to you. But please feel free to bring you own with you.
We will be taking all payments. we will require 48 hrs notice for any cancellations or there will be a 50% charge of the treatment cost.
We have placed hand sanitisers throughout the salon for you and our team.
Increased Hygiene Measures
The premises has been deep cleaned throughout, and we will be following a strict cleaning procedure on all equipment and work stations in between clients
All staff will be required to change into work clothes when they arrive at the salon. Aprons will also be worn, uniforms will be washed daily.
It is up to you if you wish to wear a face mask. The Secret Garden team will be wearing a face mask at all times except for when behind a screen.
All our team members have received extensive training on ensuring all treatments are conducted in a safe and hygienic and professional manor.
